Delivery times and costs

We work with La Poste and several other carriers selected for their reliability. Each order is unique, you can choose the delivery method that suits you.

Once your order has been registered, it will be confirmed to you by email and dispatched within 2 working days.

For delivery outside the European Union, the customer must pay customs duties, VAT or other taxes due when the products are imported into the country of delivery.

The delivery costs are fixed and specific to each routing area, namely:

France: 2 euros. 

UE : 


In accordance with articles 121-21 and following of the consumer code, you can return any product ordered on the site within 14 days of the date of delivery, in its condition and packaging of 'origin, accompanied by its invoice, at your expense. It is possible to exchange, receive a credit, or a refund.

The products must be returned in perfect condition, complete with the invoice recalling the customer's contact details as well as their desire to receive a refund, exchange or credit.

Shipping costs related to the return of products remain the responsibility of the customer.

Regarding personalized orders: Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code provides that "the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made up to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. "

If a tag is attached to an earring, it must not be removed or reimbursement cannot be made.
